Ian is a Vice President in the Development and Leasing team focusing primarily on development projects in the Midlands market area. He has over 20 years’ development expertise with experience in developing both large-scale, complex schemes and mixed use sustainable urban extensions. Ian’s focus is split between strategic land & site promotion and running live development projects in the Midlands
Ian joined Prologis in 2021 from St Modwen where he was Senior Director of Development running the planning and development team.
