Tim joined Prologis UK as a Director in the Development Management Team in September 2021. He has over 12 years of experience working for both Contractor and Developer, over a range of projects and sectors, including logistics, manufacturing, commercial and PRS. Tim has delivered several multi phase schemes working with complex client, local authority and occupier requirements, with values up to £400m.
Tim's main responsibilities include site wide appraisals, management of external consultants and contractors, procurement, commercial negotiation with occupiers and contractors, and stakeholder engagement.
Tim is a Chartered Surveyor with the RICS and has a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying.
His previous role was as a Senior Project Manager for HBD, a national developer, where he oversaw the Project and Development Management function of the Yorkshire and North East Region.
