Our sustainability programme funds education officers from The Eden Project to go into local schools close to our developments and talk about sustainability and how we all play a part in protecting the planet. Over the past decade, we’ve delivered this programme to almost 8000 children in 91 schools and colleges close to our Prologis Parks.
We are proud sponsors of the Planet Mark certification scheme for Warwickshire College Group as part of our wider carbon reduction strategy. We have been working with them for the last seven years and we look forward to working with staff and students as they continue their sustainability journey. We’ve also sponsored a group of students from Warwickshire College to spend two days at The Eden Project in Cornwall learning about sustainability. This is the first time we were able to take this initiative out of the classroom and it had really powerful and long-lasting effects on the students involved.

We are committed to attracting, developing and retaining the future generation of property professionals and our relationship with the School of Architecture, Design and the Built Environment at Nottingham Trent University is central to this. This relationship has developed over many years and, in addition to making our buildings available as a learning resource, we also recruit interns from the university every year.
“At Nottingham Trent University we want our students to have hands-on experience of as many types of property as possible. Our relationship with Prologis enables our students to gain real-life experience of the logistics sector and develop skills which give them a competitive advantage when they enter the graduate market.” - Keith Agar, FRICS, Senior Lecturer at the School of Architecture, Design and the Built Environment
