Our partnerships are key to our net-zero carbon success. We proudly work with the sustainability certification body, Planet Mark and Cool Earth, a charity dedicated to protecting endangered rainforests in order to combat global warming. This has meant that we are the first property company in the UK to measure, reduce and mitigate the carbon emissions embodied in the structure and fabric of our new buildings.

Find out moreAs well as reducing the unavoidable (embodied) carbon produced during the construction of our buildings, we also design warehouses that help our customers make smart decisions too. By adopting some of our passive design measures, our customers reduce their energy demands, while reducing their operational carbon footprint. This includes improved air-tightness, floor space planning, maximising the use of daylight and even roofing systems that avoid wasted space above the haunch. With such measures, maximising cuts to heating or cooling, and the associated CO₂ emissions within the warehouse are immediately possible.
